GENERAL INFORMATION
This isn't the usual yadda-yadda.
In May 2022 Little Star Educare Centre will have been faithfully serving the community of Amanzimtoti for 27 years! The ethos of Little Star is always to create a loving, stimulating and safe environment for all children.
Little Star caters for children ranging in age from 18 months to 6 years (we are Grade R registered with the DBE and the DSD), and we are open all year round except on public holidays and the three weeks over Christmas and New Year. We operate from Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:30. There is an Early-Bird Service from 06:45. We provide breakfast and lunch and two snacks. There is a nap time. Little Star is situated on a huge property which is fully fenced and secure, and has two grassed playgrounds.
We always welcome visitors. If you would like to make an appointment to see me, the Principal, Anne King, please feel free to do so by either phoning me on 031 903-6160 or by dropping me an email.
CENTRE FEES FOR 2022 (Summary)
The most common request we receive concerns our fees. Our fees are very competitive. Below is a summary of the fee structure for this year. The details can be found in the Welcome Brochure (click on the DOCUMENTS tab). The monthly fees below are based on 11 payments, January to November, plus 25% for December
FULL-DAY: R2495,00 per month.
HALF-DAY: R2300,00 per month.
CASUAL: We can discuss this.
Please note that there is also a variety of discounts, e.g., siblings, and once-off payments, and under certain circumstances, we can even structure a personalised payment plan. Please ask!
